.....I know for sure that we do business with a lot of the PCS members in various parts of the US and the world.  But I can definitely tell you that Jim and Scott at Two Rivers are among the very best in the whole country at custom fitting.  Over the past 2 yrs, there is no question that we have received more emails from regular golfers who have been pleased with their experience with Two Rivers than from any other clubmakers on our list.  I recall one man who drove to Sacto from Salt Lake City to be fit by Two Rivers and was glad he did it once he got his custom fit clubs!  I’ll tell you this right now – if you head to see Two Rivers to be fit and you don’t like the experience and do not like the clubs, I will buy them off you.  I feel that confident in Jim and Scott’s experience and knowledge and how they run their business.

Thanks very much for taking the time to write and allow me to offer a little information to you.  I realize that in many cases, being custom fit is a leap of faith in the face of the hundreds of millions of dollars of brand name golf club marketing that golfers like you are subjected to.  For too many years, the basic business model of the golf club industry has been to offer golfers nothing more than standard made clubs bought off the rack and hope that a limited choice of driver loft and shaft flex within only one model of shaft is going to be enough to “customize” the set for each consumer.  It’s not and people like Jim and Scott are perfect proof that the best set of clubs a golfer will buy will come from a GOOD clubmaker working with GOOD quality head, shaft and grip designs.
